In order to help folks across the nation "stop suffering from warm beer syndrome," the Coors Brewing Company is launching a new Cold Activated Bottle. According to research by Coors Light, consumers want to know when their beer is at optimum temperature. To help them out, Coors designed a label that will turn from white to blue when at the perfect temperature. The bottles will be hitting shelves at participating stores, restaurants and bars. I like to think of it as hypercolor for a beer bottle, how about you?

I totally cant stand warm beer. It has to be super cold.
But, Coors. It's always going to be bad.
It still does not make the beer stay cold!
My guy always puts a beer in the freezer before drinking...says it's never cold enough from the refrig. The label still won't entice us to buy Coors.
wish it was on a beer i actually liked...
Coors will always be bad... but i don't like my good beers to be icy cold because then you can't really taste anything...
I can't stand Coors and I think the idea is silly, myself. I'll stick to my Amber Bock, tyvm!
What a neat idea!
ew warm beer. great idea!
I can't stand any beer, cold or warm
He he that is awesome! Coors light is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I get made fun of for it, but sometimes it just hits the spot!
don't worry amity you're not the only coors light fan!
i
also get made fun of for it but hey that's alright.
coors light fan also. cool idea!
Sounds like a good idea, other companies should pick it up- or what about other drinks like milk?
Sounds like an alright idea.
great idea cestlavie, i love milk when it's super super cold, however a lot of people enjoy it warmer, as it is a bit more flavorful.
i love good beer (i love microbrews). and really good beer does not need to be very cold. but not-so-good-beer does. i think just a bit below room temp is ideal for a beer that tastes great and complex. beers that need to be served cold need to have their taste (or lack of)covered up.
Nothing worse than a warm beer.
I love it! What a great drinking game! Take a few cold beers outside (I live in Florida) and see how many you can finish before the label changes color....
