We made a brilliant goose pot pie last night! I used the dab of leftover gravy and augmented it with gravy made from chicken stock. Chopped up the carrots, onions & celery and mixed that
with the goose & gravy. Then topped it off with a crispy whole wheat crust, scattered some flax, poppy & sesame seeds. All gobbled up!

Another good one to try: Rachael Ray's Ham and Cheese Strata - it uses leftover ham, bread and veggies and it is delicious!
1I always make potato soup with leftover ham the weekend after christmas. YUM.
2Isn't that "crumpled" wrapping paper? It's kind of hard to imagine wrapping paper crumbs.
