Yes, I FINALLY got my KitchenAid mixer! I've been wanting one since I got married and my husband finally got it for me. I got him an infrared thermometer that HE really loved, so it worked out well. I've already gone kind of crazy with the baking and stuff...I LOVE it!!!!
Our first gift of our registry... a juicer!! My sister-in-law to be asked if there was anything we wanted sooner than later, and since we were super excited about the juicer... I can't wait to make juice when we go back home!!
I received a Smirnoff drinkable gift, does that count?
I got a gift card to Sur la Table and ended up with a marble pastry board. Space saver, not so much, but I will definitely enjoy using it.
I got a really neat food gift. It was a gift certificate for 2 dinners from www.EsperanzaCuisine.com. We redeemed it for scallop risotto and filet mignon. Yum! It's cooked and then flash frozen before being shipped to you, so then you just bake or boil the package when you get it according to the instructions. It came out looking and tasting like we'd just ordered it a restaurant. Very neat and definitely a cool gift.
I got a Costco membership from my mom. Does that count since it'll be used mostly to buy food. lol. She got tired of me borrowing her card.
