Over the break I found myself at the local bar in my hometown. They had one specialty cocktail on the menu: KC's Pumpkin Pie — a concoction consisting of homemade pumpkin liqueur and Dr. Pepper, topped off with whipped cream.
Although it was a far cry from the expertly mixed cocktails I normally sip in San Francisco, I decided to give the drink a try.
Could you do the same?

It was alright. Not the best cocktail, I've ever had. Interesting. I finished the whole thing, but did not order another.

im not a big pumpkin person but my husband probably would have drank the bar out of these.

I love Dr Pepper and I really like pumpkin pie...but together? I'm thinking "not so much".

i'm a bit scared of the sound of that actually. i don't really care for Dr Pepper which may be the first problem, and i'm not the BIGGEST fan of pumpkin. it's interesting for the season though. maybe more fall than winter though.

I'd certainly give it a try. It doesn't sound horrendous.

I'm with Rancher'sGirl, I love pumpkin and Dr. Pepper, but I'm not sure about combining them...That said I'd be willing to try it to see if it works!

I like pumpkin but i LOVE LOVE Dr.Pepper so it sounds splendid!

I will try anything pumpkin, though this is definitely pushing my limits. I think it's downright hilarious that the bar had one specialty cocktail and it was THIS!
