In Kansas City, some raccoon fur trappers are making a second killing off
raccoon meat [1]. One coon, which feeds four to five, goes for anywhere between $3 and $7. And while the game isn't USDA [2] inspected, some scientists are saying it's one of the healthiest meats to eat.
