More Juice, Less Sugar Water
At the 2007 Fancy Foods Show
flavored water was everywhere. Thankfully, that trend has passed, now that most consumers have realized it's primarily water with sugar and coloring added to it. This year, drinks aimed to have less sugar. They included
Switch — 100 percent fruit juice, carbonated, with no sugar added, and
VinJus, made from vineyard grapes, with half the sugar of regular grape juice.
