I spotted my first can of this bizarre drink last year, but since then, aloe drinks haven't really taken off in America. If the Fancy Foods Show is any indication, however, they will be one of the biggest trends in the year to come. These drinks, which have been popular in Asia for a while, were all over the expo floor.

I've never tried aloe juice, but if it smells anything like aloe vera, chances are I never will.
