While at this year's Fancy Foods Show, PartySugar and I stumbled upon this cheese, which had a frightening, Frankensteinian green color. After some serious coaxing by the cheese vendor, I decided to go for it. The cheese, which didn't taste nearly as scary as it looked, was like a pistachio-flavored cheesecake.

Yes no problem with that. I eat really nasty looking Blue cheese from France and Funky hard cheese from German and of course the British cheddars including the dark brown ones made with stout or chocolate.
Green I have no problem with - bright blue I'd have difficulty. Hate blue M&Ms and any blue candy cause it's always nasty raspberry flavor. I have a mental block on naturally bright blue foods.
It doesn't look very appetizing so I'm not sure if I'd want to eat it.
I'd try it, pistachio and cheesecake are two of my favorite flavors! And I like cheese!
I will definitely try anything once, and I've eaten some cheeses that literally smelled like rotting garbage but tasted awesome. Honestly though, I like a more savory, stinky cheese rather than something sweet-ish and mild, which is how this sounds.
Pistachio? Of course!
No, but not for the reason that it looks gross. I just really don't like pistachio flavoring in things other than pistachios.
I'd try it, but my stomach and cheese don't get along well, so probably just a nibble.
I love all cheeses I have yet to meet a cheese I do not like!
I don't know, the green color turns me off a little bit. But I LOVE cheesecake! Maybe if I close my eyes and shove some in my mouth
I would try because of the color. And its cheese, it couldn't suck that much.
It looks so yummy, I must find it somewhere now!

Nah...
I would definitely try it. I tried the wasabi flavored cheese at the Fancy Foods Show and it was amazing!
I'll taste pretty much anything once, so yes!
I'd probably try it. Looks interesting.
It wouldn't be my first choice if other appealing varieties were displayed around it. I might try it once educated about it.
