Saturday is going to be a really busy day for us. We are vending at a local market up north for some friends that run a bakery, then we have to rush back to get ready for a concert and
bar-hopping with friends. I think we'll be eating out since we'll be out unless I can pack a picnic style breakfast and lunch.
My husband is on a super strict Doctor supervised diet, and I have friends coming into town that day, so we'll be visiting friends and having food over there!
We were thinking about going out to dinner, but on a night other then Valentine's Day so that we can celebrate the spirit without the crazy busy VDay rush you tend to get
I know my sweetie wants to watch some comedy special so I'm sure we'll stay in like we always do. He's a bit anti-valentines but we'll probably make something together to celebrate.
Nothing. I'm staying in and studying for my exams! My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. I'm getting a package from him though and I sent him a package too. I wish he was here to celebrate, but I'll be seeing him during my spring break so I guess
we'll have a very belated celebration!!
here in NYC it's SO EXPENSIVE to eat out on V-day since most places have a fixed price menu that's so much more than i would normally eat. this year my fiance and i are actually going to head
down to visit my brother and go to wineries for v-day and then order chinese food or something equally as boring for dinner. it's MUCH cheaper that way and since we have like NO money - it's
better for us.
The hubby is working on Valentine's Day (bummer), so we won't be doing either. We do plan on doing something on Sunday though... I'll probably cook him something special :]
My husband left this morning to go Ice Fishing for the weekend, so it is just me and my girls. So I am sure we will not be going out. One of the local Pizza places has heart shaped pizza so I
am thinking we will order that in and watch Wall E. To me it sounds like a perfect Valentines day.
My husband will be working a 36 hour shift on call in the hospital, and I will be working in the lab all day. So, he'll be eating the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I pack him (along with
some surprise heart-shaped brownies) while in the hospital and I'll be eating leftovers while in the lab.
We're very low-key...we're going to see a movie and then coming home to order Chinese food and spend the rest of the night upstairs, if you know what I mean
I prefer to spend my V-day money on a Brazilian, lingerie, and massage oil, not overpriced restaurants!
I'm not really into Valentine's day, but I am house siting for a friend who has an amazing chef's kitchen so I think I will cook a nice dinner for me and my best friend (who is also single
this year).
We don't get why we should do things other people expect us to on a particular day, so we won't be buying each other candies nor flowers.
We'll probably do something we often do on weekends, breakfast in bed, grocery shopping and cooking together, go out to watch my nephew play basketball at night.
I actually work in a restaurant so I will be VERY BUSY working to make other people's valentines special. I might bet a bite to eat at the end of the night though.

23Im starting to dislike going to restaurantes for Vdays like others said are all packed and they have this "special" menus way overpriced!
24We have always gone out to eat, but this year, we're going to have a lobster dinner at home! I can't wait.
25I made reservations to go out to dinner, but now I think we will just stay in - make some steak and shrimp and scallops. Yum!
26Im going all out! rosemary lamb chops, 5 cheese macaroni with bacon, and chocolate ricotta mousse. *drool*
