Last month, I asked what you could tell me about canned foods and since today happens to be National Frozen Foods Day, I thought I'd find out what you know about frozen foods. Although much of the food industry's focus lately has been on farm-fresh produce, it's important to to give flash-frozen products some credit — after all, they help millions of Americans get food on the dinner table each day.
Will you freeze in your tracks when I quiz you on your knowledge of frozen products? There's only one way to find out.

1Mouse head? Thats just wrong.
22/6, so I don't know much about them! But I was hoping that "mouse head" was the wrong answer. And it wasn't. Ewww.
30/6 Again, I was hoping that the mouse head wasn't true! I love frozen green beans.
44/6
5The micro-organism question is sort of not quite accurate. Freezing foods does kill a lot of the micro-organisms; it just doesn't kill ALL of them. When I used to do microbiology on frozen foods, we'd do colony counts on the samples and if they were too high, we'd put them back in the freezer for a few more days and retest them...the colony counts were a lot lower, usually.
64/6.
72/6 That's cold.
86/6 whoo hoo! not sure how i remembered but the mouse head popped out as something i had heard before... yick.
