I usually run around the thrift stores or discount places like Tuesday Morning till I find something I like. It takes a long time, but I've found some great stuff, like a similar saute pan in copper for less than $100.

3I have that exact pan (right down to the pan size) and I LOVE it! You will love it too... the heat distributes so evenly and quickly it puts all my other pans to shame...
4I could use a new one of these...Stmarshall, I avoid non-stick too.
