Arugula
A bitter, peppery, and aromatic salad green. It has a mustardy flavor and resembles radish leaves. Arugula is sold in bunches and should be kept refrigerated in a plastic bag. Also called rucola, rocket, and rugula, this green is delicious in salads or pasta.

Yummy! It is also great on top of pizza!!
I make a really zesty arugula pesto!!! use arugula instead of basil, and I toast walnuts instead of pine nuts. add olive oil and some cheese and puree, its really yummy over whole wheat pastas and SO easy!
Arugula is my very favorite green. We just planted several rows in our garden. Cannot wait to pick it fresh.

Even though they're supposedly the same green, I've found that wild rocket tastes and looks really different from standard arugula.
I love arugula! I use it in my salads a lot and it adds a nice kick. I like the idea of using it in pesto...I'll have to try that!
i remember back when i didn't know what this was - and i always thought that it was something to be scared about - but honestly, it's one of those leafy greens that really makes a salad taste a bit more rich.
I love arugula as well. Great in salads or on sandwiches and that pesto sauce mamasitamali suggested sounds wonderful! I love pesto and will have to give that a try.
I love arugula...although it always sold as rocket here. I love the pesto idea too. I've got a couple of recipes for it but haven't been brave enough to give it a try. Might have to give it a whirl though.
I'm obsessed with rocket! I can eat a whole pack on its own. I love it on pizza, in sandwiches, raw in broccoli soup.. Thanks for the pesto idea, I'll have to try that!
Arugula is definitely the green of choice in our house!
Arugula is so easy to grow, it's a staple in my summer garden every year.
I love rucola, but I can't eat it. It's too sharp or something, makes my tummy upset. I have the same thing with raw onions, garlic and leek. It sucks!
I love it!!
