He's already a pop singer, fashion designer, and restaurant owner, but Justin Timberlake's latest job title? Spirits maker. Yesterday the young entrepreneur announced the launch of his new line of tequila, 901. The brand has been in development for over two years and plans to hit liquor store shelves in May.
A spokesperson for Timberlake explains that "901 is that time of night when your evening is ending, but your night is just beginning." The number also happens to be the area code for Memphis, TN, Timberlake's hometown. With more and more celebrities getting into the food industry, 901 isn't a surprise to me, and I look forward to tasting the tequila when it arrives.

9When will celeberties learn that Tequila is not like creating your own clothing line. Making a great tasting tequila takes years and is something that most great tequila makes will not give over to a non mexican. Mexican tequila makers are very protective of it being made only in Mexico. For those who want to try it I wouls suggest making sure it's authentic Tequila, seeing as there is an International trademark law that only Mexico can produce Tequila.
10reading that he went to mexico and is trying to come out with a different flavor makes me curious to try it, but seeing as I don't live in any of the cities he will sell too oh well ....
11OK look i am Mexican my self and um... well he had his shot singing in Spanish and well that was OK, but now trying to take a shot at making tequila, i don't think that will come out well. only true Mexicans know that making tequila takes more than 2 months for the flavor to be really good!
