I normally prefer a thick crust but it has to be really good. A bad crust totally ruins a pizza for me. If the thick crust is not up to my standards, then I'll be happy with a thin crust. It
also depends on the toppings. I'm picky when it comes to pizza and crust.
The thick is usually too much dough and you nevere get to really enjoy the toppings and then you feel big and bloated afterwards.
Thin crust if cooked right can be the best!
I don't like it when it's super thick like a cake, but I also don't like it when it's thin like paper. I tend to prefer thin, New York Style, but the crust needs to have some substance.
I don't like cracker crust pizzas, which a lot of restaurants do around here anyway, but I don't like the "pan" style either which is really thick. I like the thin/chewy/sicilian style pizza
best, but will go for a hand-tossed medium crust at a regular pizza place.
i love thin crust pizza with extra sauce, it kind of makes it a little bit soggy sometimes but i think that's the best way. but that said, pizza hut's normal crust the morning after is my
idea of a perfect breakfast.
I LOVE THICK CRUST!!!! I really hate the "crispy-ness" of the thin pizza crust, and I feel like could just be eating sauce/toppings scooped out with a cracker or something. I love the doughy,
soft, thick crust, that I usually peel most of the cheese off and I just enjoy the crust with a little bit of sauce and toppings. mmmmmm
I like thick crust, but not too bready.
I usually find that thin crust ends up a bit soggy in the middle and WAY too crunchy on the outside, more often than not.
We had a bowling party yesterday andthe pizza was from Pizza Hut and was okay. I went to my buddy's pizza joint afterwards and had a 16" pizza, finishing off half of it. Thick crust, but not
to "doughy", is the best!
Lauren! Shame on you! I'm a Chicagoan living in New York, and I see the merits to both, but my heart belongs to stuffed crust/deep dish, chicago-style pizza. (I miss edwardos the most!)
Thin crust but if they're going to be stingy with the toppings a thicker crust. I've never had a pizza with a really, thick crust...I've seen pics of some that are absolutely massive. I don't
think I'd get through a slice of one of those.
It really depends on the brand of pizza I'm buying. Pizza Hut hand-tossed is delicious, but if you're in St. Louis, you have to get thin crust from Imo's or other local faves.
I love my pizza both ways. As long as its crispy and not too soft, doesn't matter the crust. Though, in all honesty, I eat more thin than I do thick, due to stomach issues.
Oreganos in Los Altos as some awesome thin crust woodfired pizza. And I know a chain in Berkley that has amazing deep dish with thick crust. I forgot the chain name tho but it's all around Cal.
Thin crust all the way! (BTW the pic of the thick crust pizza is not helping!)
Actually, my family owns a wood-fired pizzeria in NH (they serve amazing thin-crust)! They won best new restaurant in the state last year. If you're ever in the granite state- check them out!

This soup ends up being a good source of three blood pressure-lowering minerals since the milk adds calcium and the potatoes deliver a dose of potassium, as well as magnesium.
Thin or regular, depends on the place. That thick crust in the picture looks nasty!
1I love love LURVE bread, but I gotta say that I prefer my crust thin on pizza!

I'm picky when it comes to pizza and crust.
3Ugh, I hate thick-cursted american-style Pizza. I like mine the original way, with a very think crust...ahh, now I crave Pizza.
4The thick is usually too much dough and you nevere get to really enjoy the toppings and then you feel big and bloated afterwards.
5Thin crust if cooked right can be the best!

8thin! (and I am a chicagoan)
9I don't eat pizza...
10There's nothing like a New Haven style "apizza" with a nice thin crust. YUM!!! (Also seen here!).
11I prefer thin, but really good thick crust pizza is amazing, there is a great place here in Baltimore called Matthew's that is so good!!
12I LOVE THICK CRUST!!!! I really hate the "crispy-ness" of the thin pizza crust, and I feel like could just be eating sauce/toppings scooped out with a cracker or something. 13Give me an in-between crust and I'm happy.
14I like thin crust pizza.
15Definitely thin.
16I like thick crust, but not too bready.
17I usually find that thin crust ends up a bit soggy in the middle and WAY too crunchy on the outside, more often than not.

18Minnesota style thin crush. Or, as they say, cracker crust. With extra sauce.
19Always win with thin! Get more flavor for your bite.
20I'm a bread and dough lover, so I have to go with thick crust!
21The less sauce, and the more cheese and crust - the better the pizza!!!
Both. I love all pizza.
22Lauren! Shame on you! I'm a Chicagoan living in New York, and I see the merits to both, but my heart belongs to stuffed crust/deep dish, chicago-style pizza. (I miss edwardos the most!)
23Super thin or greasy-oily deep dish pizza, depends on my mood. Although I love pizza, so as long as it's a good pizza I'll probably eat it.
24I don't eat a lot of pizza, but when I do eat it I like my crust very thin with lots of sauce and veggies.
25St. Louis style pizza is the best- cracker thin is how I like it! :]
26First off- those in the photos look disgusting.
27I like a thin crust with a lot of holes from the yeast. Much like pita bread.
Thin. And I agree. Those pizzas in the photos looks unappetizing.
28I like medium crust pizza
29omg pizza ANY way is delish. but i chose thick crust cause that means there is more of it to love haha!
30Thin, always. I also like the cracker-crust styles. I can never finish a thick-crust slice because it fills me up too quickly. Blah.
31I love me some thin crust, but I am a Chicagoan living in Tennessee and I so miss deep dish from Lou Malnati's!
32Now I want pizza.
33Thin crust but if they're going to be stingy with the toppings a thicker crust. I've never had a pizza with a really, thick crust...I've seen pics of some that are absolutely massive. I don't think I'd get through a slice of one of those.
34my taste for crust has really changed over the years. these days i really do prefer a thin crust, but that hasn't always been the case.
35It really depends on the brand of pizza I'm buying. Pizza Hut hand-tossed is delicious, but if you're in St. Louis, you have to get thin crust from Imo's or other local faves.
36Thin.
Unless I'm in Chicago, then thick!
37I do not discriminate. Thick, thin, medium - whatever. I love all things pizza.
38I prefer thin, European style pies, by which I mean smaller, single serving ones.
39Thin underneath the toppings but the crust around the outside thick!
40Thick all the way.
41Thin all the way! Except, when in Chicago, do as the Chicagoans do. Never, ever medium thickness!
42I just love pizza, any way i can get it!
43I love my pizza both ways. As long as its crispy and not too soft, doesn't matter the crust. Though, in all honesty, I eat more thin than I do thick, due to stomach issues.

44thin because im convinced its healthier
45I love both actually!
46Can't I have a slice of each??
47st. louis style pizza is the best...thin crust, some parts crunchy, some chewy, LOADED with vegetables. yum!
48Thin crust all the way! (BTW the pic of the thick crust pizza is not helping!)
