I need to try asparagus this year. My dad loves it, and we always had it on his birthday – March 31 – because it was just getting to its peak then. But I didn’t think I’d like it back then
and he loved it so much that he didn’t want to share. I just had it a few weeks ago and it was pretty good! Looking forward to trying it on my own.
I’m really looking forward to rhubarb and berries – I’m more of a fruit person.
I'm definitely looking forward to snap peas and asparagus. I'm not a huge fan of artichokes, but everything else on that list is super yummy. But what I'm looking forward to the most of all
produce is TOMATOES!! I can't get enough garden tomatoes in the summer...they are THE best.
I'm with NikkiRuby - All of the above and I grow carrots all year and my garden is doing well already. Romaine is my lettuce choice this year along with a bunch of other goodies.
Not a fan of artichokes. I love pulling fresh carrots up from the ground as well as picking snap peas fresh off the vine. they're sooo yummy! Snap Peas. That's what I'm looking forward to.
I make the most amazing stuffed artichokes with beef, lemon and garlic and spices! A traditional Moroccan dish that is simply mouth watering, My guests can't get enough of them!
