SF Chocolate Salon Highlights
Continuing my
obsession with chocolate, I had the pleasure of attending the annual
San Francisco International Chocolate Salon this past weekend. The expo, which featured over 50 purveyors, showcased some of the world's most renowned chocolate makers — as well as some innovative new chocolate products. Read on to see the highlights of the salon.

You mention new chocolate products and no mention of Giggle Bites Chocolate? At our office sales meeting last month my area manager started the meetng with Giggle Bites Chocolate which are chocolates with jokes in them. We laughed our $@###-off and it was an awesome start to what turned out to be a tense occassion. One way or the other it felt real good to laugh with my colleagues and more importantly bosses. It made everyone feel human,...before the hatchett came down. I was just impressed with the ingenuity of my mangaer and the chocolate as well I guess.
