Edible Love Chocolates
Maybe it was the energy. Or the craftsmanship. But it was most certainly the love at
Edible Love that made it the most fun chocolate of the day. Philippe (shown here, drawing a crowd) and his wife teach chocolate-making classes and craft their unique truffles out of Berkeley, CA. My favorite flavors were rose and absinthe.
