SF Chocolate Salon Highlights
Choffy
One of the most intriguing new items I came across was
Choffy, a drink made from brewed cacao beans. Choffy contains about as much caffeine as decaf coffee, but naturally contains a stimulant called theobromine, which isn't supposed to have jittery side effects.
