A small, single serving, rectangular shaped dessert pastry. It's made with alternating layers of puff pastry and the cream of your choice. Usually it's topped with either a glaze, a dusting of powdered sugar, fondant, or a thin icing.

3In Venezuela they're call MILOJAS...they are sooo goood the ones filled with dulce de leche are my favorites! yuuumm

6Napoleons are amazing. Interestingly though, I first had them in a bakery in Chinatown.
7In French they're called "mille feuilles", ie "a thousand leaves".

good ones here!
8I used to have to make those in a family bakery when I was in high school. NOT easy!!
