In honor of Easter and to celebrate the incredible edible egg, I've put together a quiz that tests your knowledge of common egg dishes. I'll list the ingredients and you tell me the name of the dish.

17I disagree with the frittata definition - I do mine stovetop except for a quick broil at the end, and the ingredients can be anything you want plus eggs - all 3 (cheese, veggies and meat) are not required to call it a frittata.
