Today is National Eggs Benedict day. Since eggs Benedict is my favorite brunch dish of all time, I couldn't let the holiday pass without putting together a quiz. The classic bennie is a layered masterpiece consisting of an English muffin, ham, poached egg, and a velvety hollandaise sauce. The Benedict is so wildly popular that it's inspired many spinoffs. I thought it would be fun to test your knowledge of the Benedict variations. I'll list the ingredients and you tell me the name. Ready, set, go!

My favorite sunday brunch is Harvest Benedict- english muffin, cream cheese, poached egg, red peppers and zucchini, and hollandaise. Mmm!

6My favorite Benedict is a mix of a few of these - the restaurant puts fresh spinach and a tomato slice on the muffin, then the ham, then the eggs and hollandaise. It's remarkably delicious! But I can't lie - I would eat any and all of these variations! It's my favorite breakfast food, and since today is my birthday too I couldn't be more excited!

10I had NO idea there were so many variations on eggs benedict. So I was surprised when I got 5/6!
I had it once, at the Bellagio's brunch in Vegas, and I wasn't too impressed. But maybe that's just because it was a buffet brunch, I'll need to try it again to be sure I don't like it.
