Since I'm determined to keep up with my resolution to start composting, I have to purchase a compost pail. This is where I asked you for assistance: you headed off to market in search of cool compost pails. I live in a studio apartment, so you looked for bins that are compact, modern, and stylish. You saved the compost pails in the Yum Market on TeamSugar with the keyword tag, Compost Pail. How perfect is this silver stainless-steel composter? A special charcoal filter keeps the kitchen odor free. It's sturdy yet chic. Thanks for finding it mellie_608! Be sure to check out the entire collection of compost pails below.
Geeksugar has put together an article that explains how to bookmark on TeamSugar. Check it out for more details!

wow these are a lot nicer than the green plastic bin the city gives you... i may need an upgrade!
1I love the red one!
2This has me thinking, I may start doing this. I'm not sure when or if my city picks it up. I usually toss things like old veggies and stuff in the backyard of my apt but this sounds much more organized. Ha.
3If you're able to hide it, any container with a tightly fitting lid will work. My mom used an old 5 gallon paint bucket for years. Most of the time the lid was off and it never smelled (since she kept it under the sink), but the lid did prevent flies from getting in.
I use a small rubbermaid container in my kitchen.
4The metal ones look nice, but the ugly plastic ones with holes work better. They allow more air to circulate which cuts down on the smell significantly.
5Those tiny ones just seem like they'd fill up so fast!
6So it's better to have one with holes in it to aerate or one without so the smell doesn't seep out?
