Don't knock it 'til you've tried it: one of my childhood favorites was grilled cheese with jam, an idea that also works well on a Monte Cristo sandwich.
i tried this recipe with normal Kraft American cheese and plain white bread it was great with jam i actually enjoyed it i like that its something different so thanks for that recipe
