It all depends on my mood. I tend to like something simple and tasty (and I hardly ever have dressing unless it is a caesar salad or I am at Olive Garden) that is super refreshing.
My absolute favorite is arugula, beet, goat cheese and walnuts with raspberry vinegarette - yum! But if there is nothing like that on the menu I usually go for which ever one is kind of
different, I hate boring lettuce and tomato combinations.
Greek! I LOVE the Kalamata olives and feta! Panera has a nice one to, it's a seasonal one where they include strawberries, blueberries and candy walnuts with a poppyseed dressing. Very
delicious!
i love all salads and try to eat one a day.. when i make them at home its mix greens, carrots, red onion, cukes, radishes, red pepper, couple croutons and a bit of shredded motz, i toss it
with olive oil, oregano, pepper and garlic salt... no dressing required
I use to love Ceasar salads before I became a vegetarian. Occasionally I can find ceasar dressing without anchovies, but I don't usually risk it at a restaurant.
I'm with ecodork. I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't do fish. When I found out anchovies were in the dressing, I have never had one since. I like Spinisch salads with some Feta and blue cheese
with chicken. My favorite salad is the Buffalo Chicken salad at Chili's.

It may not be the healthiest option, but I'm a sucker for Caesar, though I wouldn't turn down Spinach or Waldorf either
1I love caprese salad in the summer
2Nothing like the old "wedge". The iceberg wedge seems to be making a comeback in my local restaurants. Vintage, simple & still good.
3Whatever seems the freshest and has the most intriguing ingredients.
4all about the caesar. and with chicken! delightful!

15The wedge if the resturant has it. Its the only time I ever eat iceberg lettuce.
16I like a good Cesaer, Chef and Cobb salad, but most of the time I go for mixed greens.
