Thin, the deli people always hate when i ask for my cheese sliced thin. It's gonna stick they always say! I'm the one eating it and paying $5.99/lb just cut it how i ask!
I always ask for my lunch meat and cheese to be paper thin and more often than not they don't do it. It drives me crazy because my kids don't like it when it's thicker and I end up trashing
it. I also don't care if the cheese stick, I like the taste better when it's thin, there's a difference somehow.
the guy at the local deli in silver bay,NY is not using gloves but touching every piece of meat he touches...is that legal....do not want to buy any more food from him...

I like turkey and ham sliced paper thin, but prefer salami and roast beef thick.
1If it's for sandwiches then i usually want it thin. If its for an appitizer or for snacks then I like it thick.
2I like the regular meats (turkey, ham, roast beef, etc) sliced thin and the cured meats thick. Oh, except prosciutto...that should be thin.
3Totally depends. If it's parma ham, then it's paper thin. Ditto for mortadella. But salami, I prefer thick!
4Meat-shaved, cheese-thin. I drive them crazy, for some reason most clerks hate the extra work.
5thin, no matter what.
6it depends what i'm going to be using it for.
7but i normally like it all thin, thin, thin.

11Paper thin, all meats!
12bacon THICK, but the rest thinly sliced! mmmm, peppered turkey, could go for some of that right now
13super thin. I don't have much of a preference with cheese, really, except swiss -- for whatever reason, I need my swiss to be thin.

15Thin! When it's thick, it grosses me out, ha!
16Thick for pastrami and corned beef, thin for prosciutto.
17Love the thinly sliced meat, especially wrapped around a crispy pickle, melon or even cheese. YUM!
18Cut it thin to win!
19I don't eat meat.
20I rarely eat deli meats, but when I do I like them thin. Except for salami, which I prefer thick.
21It depends on the type and my mood. Although I will say that I always like my turkey thin, never to thick for me please.
