McDonald's Taro Pie
I drove by several signs advertising the special taro pie at McDonald's. I don't normally stop at big fast food chains while on vacation, but when they're serving something so unique, it is a must! The pie crust is the same as the cherry pies on the mainland and the sweet taro filling is light purple in color and very mild in flavor. While it's not earth-shattering, it's definitely worth a whirl.
