I have always had a special spot in my heart for the traditional Cuban mojito, but
Alan Wong's reinvention of the drink includes lilikoi (passion fruit), tarragon, mint, watermelon, and cachaca. It won me over with its fruity complexity! It was so good that I plan on experimenting with tarragon and other unconventional herbs in cocktails.
