I think regular pasta taste much better.
I know whole wheat pasta are better, but I am not going to eat something that doesn't taste nice only for the health benefit, I'd rather it less of something good (I have regular pasta 2 or 3
times a month maybe) than eat something I dislike on a more regular basis.
I like regular pasta better. Sometimes I use whole wheat if the sauce is especially strong tasting since I think it makes up for the slightly cardboardy taste of wheat pasta.
My husband only eats regular pasta, but when I make pasta for myself, I use whole wheat because I actually like the taste of the whole wheat stuff better than the white.
Sometimes it really just depends on the sauce. Like for tomato sauces I really like regular pasta. But, if I'm doing something simple like with olive oil, cherry tomatoes and basil I think
that whole wheat pasta adds a nice flavor.
For almost everything I like whole wheat pasta better, but sometimes for very, very light sauces (such as just tossing a gremolata with the pasta) I will use regular.
I use Barilla Plus. I have a picky 5 year old who would like to live on buttered noodles. At least that has calcium, protein, and Omega 3. I hate the taste of whole wheat pasta, but these are
pretty good.
It depends on many things. My mum doesn't like whole wheat pasta so when we eat together, its always regular pasta. However, if I eat by myself, I usually cook whole wheat pasta.
I never liked the wheat b/c of the texture but I really wanted to eat it since it is healthier. My brother introduced me to whole grain pasta and it is great. It's not grainy like the wheat
and has a nice non-sandy feel to it.
I actually eat regular enriched pasta most of the time, but I try to eat whole wheat pasta over plain regular pasta - they taste almost exactly the same, and it's better for you! (But
sometimes the regular pasta is a lot cheaper...)

8Whole wheat or multi-grain. I really did not like it at first, but after I ate it a few times it grew on me.
9I prefer whole wheat due to the taste and health benefits. The regular just tastes like nothing to me. Kinda like wonder bread.
