I know I'm guilty of posting far too many delicious, drool worthy desserts that are full of fat, butter, cream, chocolate, and everything else bad for us. To make up for all of the fattening recipes, and to please my dear friend FitSugar, I recommend that we make a creamy dessert that is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium! The smooth mousse takes its full balanced flavor from real ripe bananas and makes a nice finish to a heavy grilled meal, a crisp filling salad, or a cheesy sandwich. Go ahead, have dessert without the guilt. Get the recipe, just read more

you guys should have a link to have printer friendly versions of the recipes and not just links to the original pull from the other websites because sometimes, not even the other websites have printer friendly versions, you know? ...
Ejmcmis: there is a link to a printer friendly version. If you look below the recipe: it says related stories and lists a bunch of related stories and UNDERNEATH is the option to email to a friend or view a printer friendly version. Check it out and print away!
10sounds YUMMY!!
11I can't wait to make this. Sounds delicious!
12Sounds easy and tasty!
13Some of my favorite desserts are fruit mousses! Unfortunately a lot of those fruits aren't available in the US (or actually in most parts of the world), or if they are I don't know what the translation for the name is. One that you can get is passionfruit (we call it Maracuya).
14i love bananas. this sounds great! not bad for dieters either!
15I just got done making this earlier... it sounds great, but the consistency wasn't ideal at all. It wasn't the same texture as mousse, more of a banana yogurt than anything. I'm not sure if I maybe didn't do it exactly right, but I usually don't have a problem with that sort of thing.
16this would taste lovely with some ground cinammon mmmmmmmmmm and a little honey... would it still be healthy?
