On Sunday night I found myself at Cochon 555, a one-night roving food festival that celebrates all things pork. While I made the rounds trying everything from pork head to bacon-Rice Krispie treats, I thought, "wow, I'm an adventurous eater!" Take this plate for example. Every bite consists of some pork product made by Ryan Farr of 4505 Meats. However, there was a large crowd around Farr's table, so I didn't get to see the menu. No matter, at this point of the evening I was starting to feel like a little piggy and I gobbled up each item without ever knowing what they were. Could you do the same?

I would definitely just eat it, except now I am pregnant so I might ask what it is, just in case it might be something dangerous for me to eat.
When I was in Jamaica I ate a bunch of stuff having no idea what it was. It was usually really good.
I have a major food allergy so I need to know what is on my plate. I will try anything that won't kill me.
What the heck, I'm not food timid at all. Never ate bugs, but I would.
Nope, not at all
I have a lot of food allergies, so I never put anything in my mouth until I'm positive I know what it is and how it was cooked.
I do it all the time!
Yep, all the time! When I travel I usually eat whatever local cuisine there is and some of it is, well, interesting-looking. Sometimes it's really delicious, but some stuff can be kind of weird. I especially love trying new fruits and vegetables that I've never had before.
As long as it's not something I'm deathly allergic to, I would try it.
If I knew it was a poultry or fish product I would eat it, but I don't eat other meats, so I usually have to know what something is.
There are quite a few things I've eaten and loved that I probably would not have eaten if I'd known what was in them.
I'm kinda iffy on new things if I don't know what's in them, so I voted for the appearance. The above picture, has a couple of odd looking things in it that I might be hesitant to try. But I'd probably have to try them if my husband was there, he's an adventurous eater!
No. Unless I was eatting at vegetarian restaurant/festival, I would never eat "just anything" (since I do not eat red meat, pork, veal, etc..)
I'm more adventurous these days, so it depends on how it looks.
Nope, I'm a Vegetarian so I always ask about ingredients. Even if something appears Vegetarian, there's always a chance animal stocks, fats, etc, might have been used. I always am very careful to be discreet and polite when I ask though.
