I'm an American living in Germany, and the idea of an American Brownie here is essentially chocolate cake. Yuck! I can't wait to get home and have a good, fudgy brownie.
I will EAT cakey brownies if that's all thats around hahahaha but I LOOOOOVE the gooey delicious center. when my mom would make them for us as kids, she'd take them out of the oven two
minutes before the cooking instructions said to. DIVINE.

This soup ends up being a good source of three blood pressure-lowering minerals since the milk adds calcium and the potatoes deliver a dose of potassium, as well as magnesium.

1What's the point in eating a brownie if it isn't fiudgey? Why wouldn't you just have chocolate cake instead?
2WOW - this vote is going to be a landslide
3It doesn't matter, I'll eat them ALL! Yum-brownies!
4Most of the time I like fudgy brownies, but every now and then I like a cake like brownie. All brownies are wonderful!
5Cakey = dry. Ew.
6I like them fudgy and slightly underbaked and warm out of the oven. That is the only way to eat a brownie, IMHO
7Definitely fudgy, although I wouldn't turn up my nose at a cakey brownie either.
8Fudgy only-yum yum!
9i honestly hate fudge, so I don't like fudgy brownies. I don't like sweets to much in general though.
10I like chewy brownies. The pieces from the edge of the pan are the best to me.
11As much as I like chocolate, I don't like brownies. It's NOT chocolately enough for me.
I prefer to eat chocolate in dark, bittersweet bars. The higher the cocoa percentage, the better.
12Fudgey is delicious! Although I probably never met a brownie I didn't like.

14definitely fudgy
15Fudgey all the way! Though, I can't resist either kind ; P
16...and with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream....
17Both but if I had to absolutely choose I would lean toward the denser side.
18i don't like chocolate cake, so i like my brownies chewy and soft and fudgey mmmm
