1I live in Portland and I've eaten at Naomi's restaurant. I had the pleasure of eating the foie gras bon-bon and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever had! I don't even like liver of any kind and I've tried it 200 different ways. I usually hate foie gras but this was perfection!
