A Colorful Midday Meal at Feast
Pork Chop, Bubble and Squeak, and Broccoli
A juicy Texas-sized pork chop, served with the skin still on, reminded me that typically-omitted meat parts often hold the most flavor. It's served with the traditional English potato-and-cabbage dish, bubble and squeak, as well as the largest floret of broccoli that I'd ever seen.
