Viognier - pronounced vee-oh-NYAY - A white wine grape originally planted in the Rhone Valley of France that is now gaining popularity in the vineyards of California and Australia. Best consumed young, this sometimes difficult to find white wine is generally dry with perfumed aromas, a lush and seductive body, and citrus, apricot, and peach flavors. Pairs nicely with spicy foods.

Ohhhh, I've been wondering about one that would go well with spicy foods.

5ALSW you might also want to try Riesling and Gewürztraminer with spicy foods. Gewürztraminer can stand up to the most heavily spiced food like Indian or Thai.
