If there are leftovers I definitely bring them, otherwise I bring something new. I will head out for lunch once and awhile. My fave lunch activity is sitting on the deck and reading while I
eat.
I usually bring my lunch, but since I have an hour for lunch and the actual process of eating only takes a few minutes - I ALWAYS go outside. I usually take a walk, window shop, on Tuesdays I
got to the farmer's market @ lunch...whatever it is I spend about 45 minutes outside doing anything but sitting (I work in SF)
I'm a stay at home mom and i also work from here as well, so here is where i usually eat(leftovers, sandwiches, salads etc...). I also go out to lunch at least once a week with a couple of my
girlfriends.
I try to bring leftovers, but sometimes there is nothing left over, so I'll buy lunch with my coworkers. I do try to get out of the office when the weather is nice. Its great to get up &
away from my desk & the florescent lighting for a while
I usually eat out (which is getting to be so expensive here in Century City) unless I have leftovers. The whole office picks a different restaurant every week for Friday lunches.
I like to eat lunch from home. My boyfriend works half days on Friday, so sometimes we go out to lunch or he brings me something he made and we will eat outside or in his car depending on the
weather.
I try to get out of the office to walk or sit and enjoy the weather, but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
I like to bring my lunch as often as possible. If I don't have leftovers I make a simple cheese sandwich and pair it with fruit. I'm also more of a grazer and will eat half of my sandwich at
1 and the other half at 3 or 4.
I usually eat a salad at my desk that I premade at home. I get up early so I leave time in the morning to get everything together. Today it's red peppers and olives with mixed greens: new
week i might try that black bean cobb salad on the site (if not definitely a dinner plan!!!)
Does a sandwich count as making something new? Seems liek the same old thing to me when I'm eating it every day. I go out to lunch once in a blue moon.
Almost every day I bring salad greens and a pre-cooked chicken breast and assemble a grilled chicken salad here at work. Either that or a frozen lunch. Then I surf this site while I eat.
It depends. Sometimes it is so easy to order lunch while at work (which I REALLY should not do--too costly and heath issues). But I sometimes will bring in left overs or make my own lunch and
bring it in.
I usually eat out for one lunch a week. And I have days where I don't eat lunch at all. And about once a week I'll have something new that I've made that later becomes leftovers for the rest
of the week.
I used to just skip lunch all the time, but I'm trying to be better about that these days.
Mostly, raw green salad with red onions, brown rice, boiled breast chicken, all seasoned with roasted sesame seeds, chopped fresh scallions, Bragg and a good flax oil, yummy! super healthy
and I really love it!
my boy and i go out for lunch everyday.. i know what a good way to spend money but hey.. its soo relaxing to get outta work and go sit down for an hour or so
I eat leftovers every day. I actually make it a point to have more food prepared at dinner so I can pack it for my lunch.
I treat myself to a lunch out with friends in the area every two moths or so. I like the convenience of bringing my own lunch and the savings that comes with it!
just curious but who actually has time for lunch?! i'm in my first job out of college and I work straight thru lunch ... I usually keep a box of Kashi GoLean here at my desk or some fruit but
there's never time to actually enjoy going out!

4I bring my lunch and then follow a co-worker to the deli and eat there with them. Usually pb&j, wheat thins, a diet soda, and a low-cal dessert.

7For the most part, I bring lunch and snacks. Typically left-overs. And if I'm having a lazy day, I go get me a sandwich. (Like today!)

10I quickly eat some type of meal replacement bar. I teach school, so I wind up with maybe 20 minutes to eat, if it's a good day.
11I normally just get a sandwich or a salad or something.

13I'm with you blackjade - if the weather is nice, i like to sit and eat in the park with a good book and lots of people watching!

25I always make enough for dinner to have 2 lunches leftover - one for my fiance and one for me.
26When 3pm rolls around, I'm like, "will someone please feed me?!" I get hungry just hearing about all the yummy recipes on Yum.
27I make my lunch all the time. Salad with canned salmon is my current fav.
28I like to use up any leftovers I might have in the fridge.
29All of the above!
