1I'm in the culinary field and toured a vegetable supply company once. I got to sample exotic and unusual veggies and fruits and tried endive. It was the most sour, bitter taste and it felt like it was covered in fur.
2Since then I cant eat it :/
I was more into Dorie's Coffee Break muffins but the link didn't work.
3Yum! I love endive and I use it and baby bok choy similarly whenever I can find it in my area.
4I am an endive fan when it's used as an "eating vessel." I don't really care for it alone in salads because I find it too bitter but put some filling in it and I'm in love!
These definitely look tasty, same for pretty much all of Jumbo Empanadas recipes!
