I promised myself that after recapping Sunday night's snooze-o-rama [0], I would no longer talk about Next Food Network Star [0]. I would have stuck to it too if it wasn't for Anthony Bourdain. He recently posted a new "top secret" memo leaked from the Food Network HQ [1]. Of course it's all just tongue in cheek prose (or is it?!?), but that's what makes it so darn fun. - Ruhlman
