Top 10 Wackiest-Named Rachael Ray Recipes
41 years ago today, Rachael Ray was born in Glen Falls, NY. While she's probably not ringing in the year with
another skydiving trip, the
30 Minute Meals and talk show star is doubtless just as campy as ever. The words she's introduced to the English language, like "yum-o" and "EVOO," may have you rolling your eyes, but American families' kitchens (and vocabularies) certainly wouldn't be the same without her. Happy 41st, Rachael — here's a salute to your corniest recipe titles.

cheesy names, yes, but its damn good food. though sometimes I watch the show on mute
1I would have to watch her show on mute. She's extremely irritating.
2i was reading those names and hearing her annoying voice saying them. arg. now i have a headache.
not really, but i cannot stand her voice or the way she tries to be all cutsey.
3I'm with Florida Snow and Snarkypants. I have a hard time watching her show, too. She's too manic for me.
4She is a crazy lady!
5Just an FYI...it's Glens Falls, not Glen Falls...I know, I'm from that area too...
6I think American kitchens would pretty much be the same.
I think you can usually make meals in 30 minutes already. And I don't really feel that she's inspired that many people to take up cooking often/daily by pointing that fact out.
7Oh Rachel Ray, she's a little much at times but I still love her and her shows. I've been watching 30 minute meals from its debut, she's awesome.
8Stupid names, but woooah they look uber delicious!
9I love your show and your food is amayzing... your beautiful yourself
