While I enjoy help (and company) when cooking, there's truth to the saying about too many cooks in the kitchen. I prefer to have plenty of room and a work station with my own cutting board and knife. How about you?

Yes I mind. My kitchen is so tiny that I barely have room for just me in there, let alone someone else.
1I often cook with my boyfriend, but we split tasks and work areas so that we don't get in each other's way.
2I have what my mom calls "a one butt kitchen" but luckily it has a bar so there can be someone on either side.
3I love cooking with my mom but we cant be in cooking at the same time. At thanksgiving tasks are slipt up and so i start the turkey in the morning and then she will do something and then i will come back in for my part and we will do that all day until dinner is ready.
4Sometimes, it's fine. All the time wouldn't be ideal at all.
5Only when I am at the bacon station..........the more people at the station......the more bacon we'll cook!
6I get annoyed when my husband is there with me. I want it all to myself =)
7Small kitchen and not so much counter space leaves me grumpy if there's too many people in the kitchen. As my uncle Janos would say about my aunt Maria in her kitchen, "let her rule over her own little domain with an iron spatula".
Like my uncle, my fiance helps with the cooking by doing what I ask of him in the living room, leaving me my space in the kitchen. And when he cooks, I abide by his rules
8I'm very possessive of my kitchen. When I'm cooking, get out. When it's time to do the dishes, you are more than welcome to come back!
9I have a really tiny kitchen and I like having it to myself most of the time. I do like it when my husband hangs out in there to talk with me while I cook, but I get annoyed if he tries to help me do things.
10If it's my husband or my MIL, I don't mind. Otherwise I am iffy.
11Not only does it depend on who I have to share space with, it also depends on what's on the menu and what they're doing. I don't like people at the same counter as me if I'm chopping with a knife, and frankly, I prefer my space--and fortunately, there's plenty of room for me to be at one counter, hubby to be at another, and additional helpers can work at the butcher block or the kitchen table.
