I love injera bread and doro wat. Sadly, that link's restaurant finder does not include the one restaurant we have in town that opened several months ago.

My SO brought me to an Ethiopian restaurant for my birthday this year. The food was wonderful & it was a great night; I'm sure we'll go back again.

There's a fantastic Ethiopian place about a block from where I live. They have a veggie combo plate is delicious, and there's enough food for a couple of meals. I think it's time for another visit!
