I would have to go with Ice Cream because I am not a cake eater it is too sweet for me. I can do ice cream cake without the frosting. Although I had cheesecake for my birthday before. That
was perfect.
I went with both ice cream and cake. But if I had to choose only one, I'd go with ice cream.
Partially because regardless if people preferred ice cream or not, there's almost always going to be cake. So it just makes ice cream more enticing since it's less common.
Personally, neither. Since my bday is in the fall, I've always loved apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or caramel). Oh, love it! Pie always beats out cake. Unless they're cute

my fiancee and i have the same birthday and we always end up with 2-3 cakes that no one eats and they are messy and yeah.
