Haven't recovered from holiday mode yet? Thankfully, this week is full of events promising to be liquid vacations. From Chicago, IL, to Rhinebeck, NY, it's the unofficial week of wine festivals.
Although sadly I don't have a flight out to Louisiana for the annual Natchitoches Meat Pie Festival, there'll be plenty of opportunities to indulge at Ghirardelli Square's Chocolate Festival this weekend in San Francisco.

Top Dog on Durant 3 hours before kickoff.....dog in hand to watch the band warm up in the plaza......then up the hill to the stadium with the best view in the world (GG bridge and SF skyline and bay!!!!).....then to watch #10 Bears beat up on some poor weak sister!!!!!!!......then double back to Top Dog for more!!!!!!!
