There is a mistake with answer #4 - Laurine was not in the bottom three. The bottom three were Jesse, Ashley and Robin.

4also, i thought mike I made a deconstructed bernaise *on top of* a real bernaise, which prompted one of the french chefs to say something like "if you mix it all up you'd have another bernaise".
5kellys, he did the deconstructed bernaise with all of the ingredients of a bernaise and thats why Daniel Boulud said that if you mixed it all up you'd have an actual bernaise sause.
