Bergdorf Goodman threw a
Top Chef style cookoff in its seventh floor restaurant. Fashion designers

Gilles Mendel,
Lela Rose,
Naeem Kahn, and
Peter Som created recipes, and Padma Lakshmi, clad in a leather minidress, hosted the event. Although the place was packed, the gorgeous Padma kept the chatty crowd under control.
