1Some good links!
2I worked at a "living history" museum where we used raw milk. It was kinda a joke that your stomach had to get "used" to it - it seemed to cause some initial upset - but it was fine after a day or so. Oh, and it didn't kill me. LOL
3I've never even HEARD of raw milk... someone please explain.
4I believe it's unpasteurized/unprocessed and therefore potentially dangerous, so you can only purchase it in kind of underground ways. I've heard a couple of news stories on it but don't have all the facts handy.
http://www.realmilk.com/ (obviously a pro-raw milk site)
Milk is gross to me either way so it doesn't make much difference in my opinion!
5i have a recipe i use which has tomatoes in cupcakes. its actually pretty good - the tomatoes are rather sweet in them.
6I'm loving the grilled cheese article! I feel like it could make a great dinner date night for me and my boy
7tdamji - oooh! please share the recipe!
wof - allanah has you on the right direction. many people think there are a lot of benefits that come out of unpasteurized milk, the taste is really different as well.
8Raw milk? Eek! I can't tolerate milk as it is. Soymilk for me, but I'd hate to think what "raw soymilk" would be. Whole beans floating in it?
9I am a milk lover and I especially love un-homogenized pasteurized milk. We have a local dairy farm that sells it by the gallon. I can't imagine unpasteurized milk could be very good for you. Is that like drinking it straight from the cow?
