I am trying to more and more if its easily re-heatable the next day for lunch.... more economical and spreads out the calories. but if its a salad? no, cause I dress my salads and do NOT like
soggy greens
I do. I agree how servings are very large and unless I'm ravenous or drunk, I won't eat the entire meal. Splitting it up helps cut back on calories and I could share the left overs with
family. I also don't like wasting food so taking it home to where it is eaten later is a better option for me.
Almost everything with the exception of dressed salads, as mamasita posted. I have a habit of pushing half of an entree to one side of the plate as soon as it arrives at the table. Half is
always plenty, and often too much! The rest gets taken home for lunch the next day.
I don't usually order anything that will reheat or keep until the next day, so I don't get stuff wrapped up. My husband often orders stuff that reheats well and he likes to get a doggy bag so
he can take leftovers for lunch the next day.
I hate to waste food and I tend to fill up quickly when eating so I almost always take a doggy bag and save it for if I get hungry again or to have for lunch the next day!
9 times out of 10 I will not bring food home. Nothing ever tastes as good reheated, and I feel weird walking out with a box. Plus, on the rare occasions I do actually take something home with
me, it either gets forgotten somewhere or gets shoved in the refrigerator and is then forgotten about until it's too late and I end up tossing it anyway.

1Yes I do. Servings are SO huge, and I'm small so there is no way I can eat everything so I always try to take it home for leftovers if I'm able.
2Yep.
3It depends on if it will be good reheated. If I don't think it will I just leave it.

5"unless I'm ravenous or drunk"
LOL!
6It depends but most the time yes.
7If I have something, I'll take it with me. I can't even remember the last time I went to a restaurant and could finish the whole meal.
8I am the worst kind of doggy bagger. I ask to get it wrapped up, and then I forget about it in the fridge until two days later and have to toss it.

10Not really.

12My extra dogs (bacon wrapped) always come home with me.....

15Well, I suppose I should have clicked the third option. I mean...it really depends on what the leftovers are and how much.
