I usually do 300 calories for breakfast, 350-400 calories for lunch and about 400 calories for dinner (sometimes up to 500), with 150-200 calories for snacks throughout the day.
That's a weight-loss breakdown though. Once I get to my goal weight, I'll probably go 300-500-500, with 300 calories or so for snacks...and a bit of leeway when I want more to munch!
I don't like the idea of having one meal that has a lot more calories than another...it makes you feel sluggish!
I usually eat a big dinner, but I try to make lunch the bigger meal since I eat dinner late (around . I tend to put a few healthy snacks between lunch and dinner; I have Activa around 3, and a small handful of almonds before I work out around 5-5:30.
Dinner! I know breakfast should be the most but it's really difficult with the way society and life in general works! Have to get going in the morning, I have all the time in the world in the
evening though.
It depends. My meals are always so random it really depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time. And if I eat one meal bigger than the others then the others will usually be smaller just
because I'm not that hungry.
For me, lunch. I can skip breakfast or dinner even, or replace them with fruit, but I cannot skip lunch and I usually have a complete meal at that time. If not, I get bloated and feel
terrible for the rest of the day.
I think Lunch should be the biggest meal of the day. I still don't know why in the US that dinner is. Why would you want to eat a big meal before you go to bed? The French have it right by
eating their largest meal at lunch.
It really depends, for me. Most of the time I just have coffee for breakfast, but if I'm working then lunch is my biggest meal because it's free and I usually get home so late that I don't
want to eat dinner. But when I'm not working, then I'll make a homemade dinner.
I am not a fan of any breakfast foods so i always skip it. Lunch is ok if I have time, but dinner is best since I use it to relax. With wine of course!
Breakfast, thats when I eat the most carbs and calories so I have energy to burn all day.
I dont like to eat much at dinner time, i'm going to sleep a few hours later so I dont have any carbs and very little calories. I usually try to get my fiber and calcium in though.
I know it should be breakfast, but it's lunch for me. I can't live without breakfast, but I can't stuff myself that early in the morning either so I have a bowl of oatmeal with protein powder
and fresh blueberries. I usually end up having about 4 small to medium sized meals during the day. Works for me!
dinner! i get home from school at about 2:30 and eat something which is like lunch time then another meal later and a snack...but on the weekend i have a largish breakfast.
It's usually lunch. I try not to eat a lot at dinner time...too close to sleepy time. Plus I go to the gym at night so I try not to eat anything too heavy.

For me, lunch. I can skip breakfast or dinner even, or replace them with fruit, but I cannot skip lunch and I usually have a complete meal at that time. If not, I get bloated and feel terrible for the rest of the day.
13Lunch. I feel guilty when I eat a lot during dinner and I don't eat breakfast much cuz I am usually rushing to go to work.
14Probably lunch. By the time I get home, I don't want too much and I usually try and have a big lunch.

20Lunch for sure!
21Lunch. There's no reason to eat a big meal at dinner. You don't need energy to sleep.
22Dinner for sure - but I ate medium breakfasts and big lunches when I lived in Spain for a summer and I loved doing that!
23I'm a three square meals girl but I always eat a large(r) dinner.
24Late at night, after I go out and have been drinking..thats when I eat my huge meals

30Lunch!! Except for weekends, since I sleep in and so my big meal is breafast (/brunch).
I simply can't eat a large dinner - I wont be able to sleep well.

32I don't follow the usual food time so it's often during my first wake up or if I don't, at 10 AM or if I don't, at 2PM and if I don't... 6PM. :\
33All of them.
