1Oh my gosh that is so me. I just baked bannana muffins last night and enjoy baking when there are no interuptions and everyone is in bed. Didn't realize many people do this too.

3Nope. I can not cook after 9 pm. It starts to get really stressful. Generally if I'm home, I like to go to bed early.
4This is me! In fact, one friday night I wasn't tired and decided to make a batch of chocolate syrup around 3a! (i know, not baking but just saying). And I usually start baking banana bread or cupcakes around 11p. It's relaxing to me.
5Baking is a lazy weekend afternoon thing for me.
6i'm a late-night only baker. i start breads in the morning, and i don't like to let the dough refrigerate overnight, so i just bake them when they're done rising, usually 2-3AM.
...and who doesn't like a hot cupcake in the middle of the night?
7I don't usually bake late at night. The latest is I've started baking is around 6 PM. Yesterday we did bake at night, but it was more of an experiment than anything, and it's never happened before and probably won't again.
8I baked last night after dinner, probably started around 8:30 or so... but that's not really late night. I still went to bed at the normal time (10:30 - 11:00-ish). I don't usually bake later in the day, and definitely not past my bedtime.
9Totally me, I love baking and cleaning in the middle of the night. Just last week I cleaned the whole house and made whole wheat pancakes from 1-4am...because I knew I would get to sleep in the next day.
10No way, I have to get my sleep. I usually do my baking after dinner though. That way, I only have to clean up once!

12Yes! And even while I finish my assignments. I actually ruined whole wheat apple muffins the other night, but I baked banana bread last night and it's perfectttttttttt. I hate baking in the morning, for some weird reason.

15Growing up, if I cooked ANYTHING after my mom went to bed, she'd wake up and grump at me. She said it made her sick in her sleep! But I ALWAYS wanted to bake!
I thought I was the only one who did that!
