"As for Gourmet subscribers, "We will be making these decisions on subscription fulfillment shortly," she added. "Some of the Gourmet subscriptions may go to Bon Appetit, but that's not final
yet."
I subscribe to Bon Appetit, but I occasionally picked up a copy of Gourmet at the store on the newsstand. I also go to their website a lot...guess a lot of people must've done that too;
that's why their print mag is folding.
I did read the magazine, but I think I felt worse when Domino folded. There really isn't an online equivalent of that. Apartment therapy just isn't as good
I too am sad...I never really purchased it,but a lot of great recipes passed on from friends incidently came from Gourmet! They were an institution - will their online still be running?
Domino was a hard one as well...certainly not around as long, but it definitely filled a specifc nitch. A lot of girls I know subscribed - including myself - so I was surprised when it
folded. I wish they would have at least stayed online! Or why not just go to seasonal issues?

I looke forward to sitting down to it every month. I feel like I'm mourning the loss of a friend.
1I am sad to see it go. It was one of my favorites. I will miss their thanksgiving issues.
2Does anyone know what will happen with the rest of your subscription? What will they give you instead?
3I used to subscribe but I didn't renew last year.
4NVM, I answered my own question:

7No. Those recipes are too advanced for me.
8So sad to see them go!
