less sodium is always a good thing. that's why i chose fresh. but i'll still use the reduced-sodium canned tuna (in spring water instead of oil). it makes a great, healthy, and easy lunch =)
I love the taste of yellow fin tuna sashimi (not a fan of tuna in my sushi tho:) and I eat about 2 cans of Gourmet Albacore a day! Mix it up with some FF Mayo and it's just an incredibly
tasty snack, but only that specific kind. Mega protien boost and great for athletes!
I've never been able to eat canned tuna. Even as a kid I hated it and my parents would serve it if I was being punished for something. I was wary of trying fresh tuna when I got older, but
now I can't get enough of it. I only like it cooked rare or raw though. Anything beyond that changes the taste to me and I cant eat it.
Love fresh tuna. Had great recipe for tuna fillet with incredible wasabi based sous but cannot find it anymore, buuuu...
Love it as carpaccio or tuna tartare as well...
I used to love tuna salad made with canned tuna every now and then. Then, I got a cat and started feeding her canned tuna because I couldn't find anything else that she liked. Now, every time
I see a can of tuna, I think of cat food.
I love fresh tuna as sashimi or carpaccio, I love canned tuna as tuna salad w/a little lite mayo and pickle relish (tuna salad is also yummy on cheez-its) I despise tuna steaks or tuna tataki
though... don't know why?
I love tuna. It has to be the majority of my diet. I grew up on canned tuna but have branched out to enjoying it in many different forms. I recently started eating sashimi versions of it and
to tell you the truth, it's actually pretty good. Yay for tuna!
all tuna! cooked tuna steaks are amazing and I love seared tuna on salads. My fav is TORO or CHU TORO, the best quality sashimi tuna. I am drooling right now thinking about it. And sometimes
I am in the mood for a good old fashioned right out of the can tuna salad sandwiches. I like to spice up my canned tuna salad with green onions, special mayo, hot sauce or dill. Try them!

This soup ends up being a good source of three blood pressure-lowering minerals since the milk adds calcium and the potatoes deliver a dose of potassium, as well as magnesium.
I actually like tuna either way--on the grill, cooked through (NOT raw in the middle) or from a can. I'm not a sushi fan, though.
1The only tuna I ever ate was canned. :-S
2I've never tried it fresh. I'm not really a fan of tuna though - I only eat it if there's nothing else I like at the deli counter.
